PASSPORT AND VISA
Poland is a member state of the European Union and a member of the Schengen Area. All international visitors from non-EU countries must present a valid passport when entering and may be required for Visa. Relevant information can be found on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland website. The list of Visa-free countries is available here. A letter of invitation can be provided upon request.
VISA LETTER
A letter of invitation can be provided upon request for the registered conference participants. In case you need such letter, please fill the invitation letter form ESSDERC ESSCIRC 2019 and send it to the Organizing Secretariat.
Visitors from non-EU countries must have a valid passport. Please note that the visa application procedure can take up to four months.
Your personal data will be taken directly from the form you filled; no changes or corrections can be made by the Local Scientific Secretariat.
If your invitation letter contains incorrect data, you have to send the form again.
The invitation letter will be sent to you by email with an attached pdf file. Invitations will NOT be sent BY FAX neither to you nor to the relevant embassy.
