On line registrations will be accepted until 20 August 2019r.
Registration link will be disconnected at 12 PM (Central European Time). After this date, only on-site registration will be possible. Also we will not guarantee a conference materials for participants registered on-site.
A preliminary document will be sent to your email after registration. After payment an invoice will be issued and sent to your e-mail address in pdf format after receiving a payment.

USE a password and Username you have used to create your personal conference account.
You can pay by credit card ( master or visa only) or wire transfer. To pay by credit card login to your personal account, find bookmark „ Payments & invoices” and pay.
If you pay by wire transfer do not forget to add your name or registration number in reference.It will not be possible to pay by bank transfer after 20 August,2019.
You will receive an e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org with the summary of the selected options and preliminary document with an amount.
An invoice as confirmation of payment (in pdf format) will be sent to your e-mail address in due time.
Terms and Conditions
By completing the registration form the person accepts that his personal data will be further processed by the web system of the Conference in order to make an agreement of participation allowing organization of the Conference , registration and operation of the Conference website. Organizers are allowed to process the following personal data of participants: first name, family name, address of residence, e-mail, phone number, correspondence address, The personal data will be protected with respect to unauthorized access.
The Organizer does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements in respect to health and travel insurance.
During the Conference, attendees, exhibitors, guests and others may be photographed by the Conference organization company or its partners. Parts of these photographs may be displayed in future publications or materials connected with the Conference.
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain restrictions imposed by law, by contacting Co-organizer – AGH-UST Foundation by email at email@example.com
Cancellation must be always confirmed by email. Until 30 June 2019 the payment will be refunded less an administrative fee (50 EUR). After 30 June 2019 we will not be in a position to return your payment. Refunds will be paid after the Conference. No refund will be possible in case of no-show. In the event of cancellation of the Conference, at any time, as a result of any event of “force majeure” or for other reasons that are beyond the control of the Local Organizing Committee, the registration fee shall NOT be refunded and neither the Local Organizing Committee nor the ORGANIZING SECRETARIAT (AGH-UST Foundation) shall be held liable for any other costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc. Participants are highly encouraged to provide for their own insurance policy covering such events.
